This is the companion studio release recorded one week after their historic performance at The Nameless in Oakland. Joining them in the studio from Seattle was long time friend and saxophonist, Preston West. Tracked and mixed during the same weekend, producer Chris Manning captured Neflwurzl in the jazz tradition of full organic takes. Following their warm-up jam Sunday morning, Nefl asked,"Did you record that?" Chris responded,"I record everything you guys play." Hence the last track on the CD.
